Directions: From I-75, take Exit 136 [Colonial/884] which is north of the airport exits. Head west. Stay on Colonial. Follow signs for Veterans Pkwy, a $1 toll bridge. This takes you eventually to SR 78 [SW Pine Island Rd]. Then take a left [heading west] onto SR 78 & go to Pine Island's 4-way stop past Matlacha & Little Pine Island. Turn right onto Stringfellow Rd. Drive roughly 3 mi. & turn left onto Pineland Rd. After Pineland Rd. turns into Waterfront Dr. at the curve, keep going a bit to Tarpon Lodge.
