The Historic Clewiston Inn, built in 1938, offers a rare treat. Here you can step back in time to a more leisurely pace, relax and forget the cares of the world. The United States Sugar Corporation originally built the Inn to host company executives and visiting dignitaries. Since then it has become a center for social activities and functions. The Clewiston Inn is on the National Register for Historic Places and is owned and operated by the United States Sugar Corporation. Directions: From West: From I-75 take exit for 80 east to LaBelle. Continue through LaBelle on S. R. 80 to U.S. 27. Take U.S. 27 S. approx. 9 mi. to Clewiston. From East: From I-95 take exit for Southern Blvd. (S.R. 80). Continue on Southern Blvd./ S.R. 80 east to Belle Glade. Continue through Belle Glade to South Bay. At South Bay veer right to U.S. 27 N. approx. 16 mi. to Clewiston. Located right on U.S. 27 midway through town on the corner of Royal Palm Ave.
